Pumpkin Bread with Streusel Topping

Pumpkin Bread: Makes: 2 loaves 4 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour Streusel Topping: 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour Directions 1. Preheat oven to 35o degrees, and grease two loaf pans or line with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl coombine the Flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, give a quick stir. 3. In another bowl mix together the veggetable oil, sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla mix well. once mixed together stir in the floour mixture until just combined ( Don’t overmix or the bread will be tough and dry). 4. pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and set-asid. For the streusel put all in a small bowl and cut in the butter, then sprinkle over the top of bread and place in the oven bake for 45 minutes to an hour or until toothpick comes out clean,take out of oven and let cool for a half -hour before removing from pan.
