What is clean eating?  It refers to how a food is produced.  It’s about the path from where it originates ,
to your plate. (Farm=clean, manufacturing facility=not so much)

Some key points for proper nutrition:

  1. Eat whole foods: Whole foods are foods that haven’t been tampered with, in the lab or the manufacturing plant.
  2. Avoid processed and refined foods.
  3. Prep your meals (ie: chop veggies and fruit, cook chicken, etc
